The Nice n Easy Elite Dance Squad currently consists of four juvenile and five junior couples 
all from Bournemouth. Their training consists primarily of European group lessons with

supplementary private lessons from the Nice n Easy Coaching Team.

The squad is based on core values:
Elite champions must have the behaviour discipline and character to 
match what is expected of the leading stars of tomorrows dance world.
End gaining is negative, progressive performance improvement is 
positive.
Team Spirit - one for all, all for one.
Overall team results are more important than individual.
Team members rely on their partners. Partnerships rely on the Team.
The team relies on the Elite Squad Staff and support of friends and 
family.

The Elite Dance Squad is the brainchild of Warren & Kristi Boyce with 
the aim of raising the profile of UK dancing Internationally creating 
a force to be reckoned with all over the world.
